Sydney Metro Corporate Plan 2023-2024

Sydney Metro developed an inaugural Corporate Plan in 2019, which ended in June 2021.

The Sydney Metro Corporate Plan 2022–2024 followed, as a three year Plan outlining the organisation’s strategic direction and alignment to government priorities and objectives. It also provided a refreshed look at our key activities and areas of focus for a period of three years.

The Sydney Metro Corporate Plan Update FY2023-2024 provides an annual update to the Plan for the upcoming year, and is now available.
